I found a faker, need help! Empty I found a faker, need help!

I found a person who has been pretending to be this poor girl for over a year. The faker has caused many problems for me and my bf, and I want to find out who the faker actually is for giving me so much grief and pain. This is the faker's fake profile on facebook any help would be greatly appreciated.
